Do I pay everything upfront?
We require 50% upfront to start the project and the remaining 50% upon completion before launch. For larger projects we can arrange milestone payments.
What do I need to provide?
Just your logo (if you have one), any content or text you want on the site, and your vision. We handle everything else — design, code, launch.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. We offer managed hosting starting at $20/month — SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring included. Or we can deploy to your own hosting if you prefer.
How long does it take?
Starter: ~7 days. Business: ~10 days. Premium & E-commerce: 14–21 days. Landing pages: 5 days. Rush delivery available — ask us.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. Start with Starter and upgrade anytime. We credit what you already paid toward the new package — no wasted money.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We revise until you're satisfied within your plan's revision limit. Premium clients get unlimited revisions. We've never had a client leave unhappy.
Do you work with clients outside Brampton?
Yes — we work with clients across Canada and internationally. Everything is handled remotely with clear communication at every step.
Do prices include taxes?
All prices shown are before applicable taxes. Canadian clients will have HST added based on their province at checkout.
